we hope you love your my northern sky product but if for any reason you’d like to return your item please read the details below:
please notify my northern sky via email before returning your item, explaining the reason for your return.
please be sure to include your order number and details in the email.
please notify my northern sky via email within 28 days of receiving your purchase and before returning your item.
to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging.
please note that we are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged, so when purchasing an item of clothing, an art print or a photograph please be sure to check the size guide on the item page if you need assistance with choosing the right size.
unfortunately, digital downloads are considered non-returnable.
you will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable unless you have received the item as damaged or defective.
when we have received your email notification, we will then let you know where to send your item (the return address can depend on the item in question).

in addition to the above, There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted: (if applicable)
– a Book or journal with obvious signs of use
– CD, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, bank account or original method of payment.
It usually takes up to 7 days for a refund to be credited to your credit card, bank account or original method of payment. However, in some cases it can take longer.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
– If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
– Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Sale items will only be refunded if the item is damaged or defective.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@mynorthernsky.net and we will let you know the address to send the item to (the return address can depend on the item in question).
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
