we hope you love your my northern sky product but if for any reason you’d like to return your item please read the details below:

please notify my northern sky via email before returning your item, explaining the reason for your return.

please be sure to include your order number and details.

your email needs to be received by us within 28 days of your purchase.

to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging.

we are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged, so when purchasing an item of clothing please be sure to check the size guide on the item page if you need assistance with choosing the right size.

you will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable unless you have received the item as damaged or defective.

when we have received your email notification, we will then let you know where to send your item (the return address can depend on the item in question).
